The Contract AI Benchmarking Kit License
VERSION 1.0 · OCTOBER 7, 2026

This license covers the Contract AI Benchmarking Kit package, including the
document collection, field guide and definitions, data, methodology, and
accompanying materials included in that package (‘Materials’). The licensor is
Leonid Prilutskiy, publisher of The Contract Signal (“I”).

One purchase for one user. After payment, you receive a nonexclusive,
nontransferable license to use the purchased version of the Materials for an
unlimited period, subject to these terms. The licensed user is the individual buyer or
one individual designated at purchase if an organization pays. A purchase does not
license an entire team, firm, or client.

What you may do. You may download, retain backups, and make working copies on
your own devices or private storage; adapt the Materials for your own use; and use
them to evaluate systems, develop workflows, or perform your own internal
business or client work. You may share your own findings and aggregate evaluation
results, provided they do not reproduce or disclose the Materials.

Using AI and other tools. You may upload the Materials to software or AI services
as needed for your permitted use, including testing multiple systems. Keep access
limited to you and service providers processing them on your behalf. Use settings
and terms that do not permit provider training or unrelated reuse of the proprietary
Materials. This permission does not allow posting them to public chats, repositories,
or shared workspaces accessible to other users.

Sharing and redistribution. Without my prior written permission, you may not
share, sublicense, resell, publish, or give others access to the Materials, including
modified copies, answer-key extracts, or copies of the field guide. Internal
consulting use is permitted; providing the Materials to a client or colleague requires
permission. Contact me about group purchases, team access, client delivery, broader
commercial licensing, or individual consulting and advisory support.

Public sources and ownership. I retain rights in my original content and any
protectable selection or arrangement. I do not claim ownership of underlying third-
party contracts, public facts, or general ideas and methods. This license does not
restrict rights you independently have to obtain or use those underlying sources.
Public availability does not itself mean a source document is free of third-party
rights.

Scope and responsibility. The Materials are provided for evaluation and
educational purposes and may contain errors or omissions. They are not legal
advice or a guarantee of system performance, accuracy, or business results. You are
responsible for checking suitability and results before relying on them. Ongoing
updates, customization, and advisory support are not included unless separately
agreed in writing. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does
not permit to be excluded.

Permission and compliance. For permissions or questions, contact
Leonid.Prilutskiy@hey.com. Any broader permission must be agreed in writing. If
you materially breach this license and do not correct the breach within 14 days after
written notice, I may terminate it. Written notice may be sent by email to the email
address provided when purchasing the package. On termination, stop using and
delete the Materials and working copies, except copies required by law.
